windshield and need it fixed?
A. If your windshield is damaged please call N Phillips Auto Glass directly at 877 288 6452. N Phillips Auto Glass will call Durkin & DeVries Insurance to confirm coverage.
Q. What do I do if I have been in an accident?
A. There are three things you need to do once you have been in an accident:
- Fill out a Commonwealth Of
Massachusetts Operator's Report Of
Motor Vehicle Accident form.
- Fax the completed form to
Durkin & DeVries Insurance at 781-574-4421.
- Send via U.S. Mail:
- The original copy of
the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts
Operator's Report Of Motor Vehicle Accident to the Registry of
Motor Vehicles.
- A copy to the police
station in the city or town where the accident took place.
- A copy to Durkin & DeVries
Insurance.
