Q. What should I do if I have a broken windshield
and need it fixed?
A. If your windshield is damaged please call Executive Glass directly
at 1-800-696-1555. Executive Glass will call Durkin & DeVries Insurance to confirm coverage.
Q. What do I do if I have been in an accident?
A. There are three things you need to do once you have been in an
accident:
- Fill out a Commonwealth Of Massachusetts
Operator's Report Of
Motor Vehicle Accident form.
- Fax the completed form to Durkin & DeVries Insurance
at 781-894-6603.
- Send via U.S. Mail:
- The original copy of the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts
Operator's Report Of Motor Vehicle Accident
to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
- A copy to the police station where the accident took
place.
- A copy to Durkin & DeVries Insurance.
